Shipping Rates
We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $100 USD. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of $25 USD will be applied.

Shipping Methods
We partner with DHL and other reliable couriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your Satinera essentials. Estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and instructions on how to follow your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s online tracking system.

International Shipping
Satinera proudly offers worldwide delivery. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us at satinera23@gmail.com, and our team will assist you with your order.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Couriers may contact you directly to complete customs payments before delivery. If these fees remain unpaid, the shipment may be considered abandoned by customs and cannot be refunded or returned.
