Returns Process & Right of Withdrawal
We hope you are delighted with your Satinera purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact our customer support team at satinera23@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of your order delivery date to initiate a return request.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right applies in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective. We kindly ask that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
